NSW postal stationery Post Card Hornsby Lighthouse unissued proof HG 19 unique

This card is printed on much thinner paper than the issued cards were. It has no denomination but the inscription is the same as for the 1d arms in 1897, HG 19.
It has slight marks on the text, presumably from being removed from the printers records. A unique and delightful lighthouse thematic.
