1. Bids
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser at one step above the second highest bidder. Our published reserve price is the minimum bid and bids below this figure will be ignored.
2. Bidding Increments
All bids shall increase in the following increments:
- Under $50 will rise in increments of $2
- From $50 to $100 bids will increase by $5
- From $100 to $300 bids increase by $10
- From $300 to $500 bids increase by $20
- From $500 to $750 bids increase by $30
- From $750 to $1,500 bids increase by $50
- From $1,500 - $3,000 bids increase by $100
- From $3, 000- $5,000 bids increase by $200
- From $5,000 - $10,000 bids rise by $250
3. Bid Refusal
We retain the right to refuse bids at our complete discretion without providing a reason. All bidders are entering into a binding contract to purchase all lots they are awarded plus additional costs for postage, packing, insurance, and bank fees including credit card fees where applicable.
4. Quality
All lots are genuine and in reasonable collectible condition unless otherwise described.
5. Despatch
All lots will be sent by Australia Post if they are to an Australian address. Shipments with an invoice value below $100 will be sent by tracked mail. Shipments from $100 to $500 will be sent by registered mail. Shipments above this amount will be sent by platinum express post. Parcels cannot be sent registered.
Overseas shipments will be sent by Australia Post or courier at our discretion. Insurance is extra.
6. Insurance
All shipments are at buyers risk. We accept no responsibility in the unlikely event of damage or loss. It is your responsibility to make any claims from the post office or Courier. We have not had a loss in nearly 30 years but you need to tell us if you require additional insurance on your sending.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Auction Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, at our discretion.
