Posted to Louisa Hoadley, daughter of the famous Abel Hoadley, inventor of two of Australia's iconic chocolates the Polly waffle and Hoadley's Violet Crumble. Hoadley was picked by Mawson to accompany him to the Antarctic in 1911 and was a famous Scout leader and educationalist. He was a famous Australian we all should know about.
