PNG Papua New Guinea 6d on 7½d Postal Charges with usual light toning. MUH

This overprint was done on stamps which had been kept in tropical Papua New Guinea for several years and were mostly tropicalised. Only a small number were over printed on newly supplied sheets from the printer in Australia which had not been in the tropics long enough to have toned. Sent with Standard Delivery - Registered.
