NSW Victoria - Scotland 1844 letter ex farmer Mt Elephant Derrinallum to brother

This is an extremely early letter from Victoria which was then part of New South Wales. European settlement began only 10 years earlier but this area would have been settled a few years later. The letter basically relates to the difficulties of farming, and it seems that the right is brother and mother are joint owners of his property
